Ordering & Parts Selection
- Do I need an account to place an order? No. We’ve streamlined our process so that you can get your machinery back to work faster. You can browse, inquire, and purchase as a guest without ever needing to manage a password or account.
- How do I know if a part will fit my machine? Compatibility is key. We recommend matching the OEM Part Number from your machine’s manual with the number listed on our site. If you are unsure, please send us your Machine Serial Number (VIN/PIN) via our contact form, and our technical team will verify the fitment for you.
- Are your parts original (OEM) or aftermarket? We offer both. Each product page clearly labels the part as “Original” or “Aftermarket.” Our aftermarket parts are sourced from Tier-1 manufacturers to ensure they meet or exceed the performance of the original component.
Shipping & Logistics
- How long does shipping take? Most in-stock parts ship within 24–48 hours. Delivery times vary by location:
- Domestic: 3–5 business days.
- International: 7–14 business days, depending on customs processing.
- Do you ship heavy components (engines, transmissions, axles)? Yes. For oversized or overweight items, we use specialized freight carriers. These orders may require a custom shipping quote which we will provide before finalizing your payment.
- Can I track my order? Absolutely. As soon as your parts leave our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s portal.

Returns & Technical Issues
- What is your return policy? We accept returns on most unused, uninstalled parts in their original packaging within 30 days. Please note that electrical components and special-order items may be subject to different rules.
- What should I do if my part arrives damaged? Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If there is visible damage, take photos of the box and the part, and contact us at info@offhighway24.com within 48 hours. We will prioritize a replacement for you.
- Do you provide installation manuals? While we don’t provide step-by-step repair guides, many of our parts come with the manufacturer’s spec sheets. We highly recommend that all installations be performed by a qualified heavy-equipment mechanic.
